Can I send in more than one baby sock?

Yes! Gather and send in as many gently used and new baby socks as you possibly can. Ideally, each sock will be accompanied by a signed Message to Congress, so our elected officials recognize the overwhelming public support for defunding Planned Parenthood. Encourage friends, family members, fellow students, people at church or work — everyone! — to sign a message to Congress that can accompany a sock you send in.

Do I have to be a student to participate?

You do not have to be a student. The #SockIt2PP campaign was inspired by students and is being led by students, but is an open invitation to all Americans wanting to be a voice for the voiceless victims of Planned Parenthood.

When is the deadline to send in socks?

Congress is expected to vote on defunding Planned Parenthood during the last week of April, so please get your baby socks in the mail no later than April 18 so there is time for them to arrive and be prepared for delivery to Congress in time for this crucial vote.

Will the baby socks be donated somewhere after the campaign?

Yes! After the baby socks have been presented to Congress and helped to defund Planned Parenthood, matched pairs of socks will be donated to moms and babies in need, and unmatched socks will be used to create displays for the 1,000+ Students for Life groups.
